How do I book online ?

You can make a reservation on our website, www.viharee.com by paying through credit or debit cards, net banking, Paytm wallet or bank account or using any other UPI payment methods.

Is there any security deposit ?

Yes, there would be a security deposit which will be refunded if no damage was done during your stay.

Pay while booking online or Pay at the hotel?

Payment for your booking should be done online only.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking before 24hrs of your stay-date through replying to the booking invoice. Please refer http://www.viharee.com/cancellation-policy/ for further cancellation details.

How do I get money refund back ?

Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed and get your payment by 3 – 14 working days.

Is Same day booking possible?

Please contact our customer care for availability confirmation.

Do we need to sign in to proceed through checkout?

Yes, you have to sign in to proceed through checkout.

What are the valid Identify proofs that I should carry while check-in?

Yes, an original valid ID proof should be produced during check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.

Can we have Early Check-in or Late Check-out ?

Do you provide locker rooms during our stay?

Locker rooms are available based on the property. Please check with our team before you make payment.
